R install package cairo

Viewed 2k times. Here is what I did in the R environment: conda install -c r r conda install -c r r-essential in R console install. See config. But the library cannot be loaded no package. The output of sessionInfo in R might also be helpful. Additionally, R can be configured to use cairo during installation.

Check the output of capabilities to see if you already have support likely not, as you're having issues with the package.

What specifically do you need out of the Cairo package? If you're just looking for smoother-looking plots, then R should already be producing those by default, since your capabilities ["cairo"] is TRUE. You should see a noticeable difference, with the first plot looking much smoother because it's using Cairo.

Of course, if you need something else from the Cairo package, it would be good to get at the bottom of the install problem.

But I'm afraid we would need to see the error message from your log file to get at the issue. Add a comment. Like Like. You are commenting using your WordPress. This device supports alpha channel semi-transparent drawing and resulting images can contain transparent and semi-transparent regions. It is ideal for use in server environments file output and as a replacement for other devices that don't have Cairo's capabilities such as alpha support or anti-aliasing.
